mai adds new securities : LVT-W2

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has granted a listing of certificates representing the rights to purchase shares (warrants) of L.V.Technology Public Company Limited # 2 (LVT- W2) from January 4, 2010.

The SET has allowed LVT-W2 amounting 160,935,245 units to be traded on the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) under the sector of warrants to subscribe common shares using the trading name of "LVT-W2" commencing from January 4, 2010 onwards.

Note: The warrant holders and investors can study description, condition and major characteristics of LVT-W2 via SET Information Management System (SETSMART) under the securities "LVT" and can study terms and conditions of LVT-W2 which were already submitted to the warrant holders or from SET website : http://www.set.or.th/set/warrantslookup.do
